MrsDispute offers a straightforward refund policy designed to be fair to both our users and our business.
7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with MrsDispute within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time subscribers only and requires that you have used fewer than 5 case analyses during that period.
After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the 3 free trial cases before subscribing to ensure MrsDispute meets your needs.
Unused credits: If you have purchased pay-per-case credits and have not used them, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Used credits: Credits that have been consumed by a completed analysis are non-refundable. A credit is considered used once you receive your analysis results, regardless of whether the analysis helped you win the dispute.
If a technical error on our end prevents an analysis from completing and a credit is incorrectly consumed, we will restore the credit to your account upon verification. Contact us at support@mrsdispute.com with your case details.
To request a refund, email support@mrsdispute.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
You may cancel your MrsDispute subscription at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to MrsDispute and your remaining case credits until that date.
There are no cancellation fees and no questions required. We do not require you to call anyone or complete a lengthy cancellation process.
Annual plan subscribers may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the annual period already paid. Annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds after the 7-day money-back period. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure about annual commitment.
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, email support@mrsdispute.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 14 days. Note that billing records required by law may be retained for up to 7 years even after account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to accounts used to generate fraudulent dispute responses or accounts sharing access with unauthorized users. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
